Catalog numbers used in the auction

I would like to point out that catalog numbers used in the auction catalog (all which relate to Nevada items) are in fact numbers from 'The Chip Rack' and are reproduced courtesy of KMW Publishing.

Black & White bound copies of the auction catalog are now available for $15 shipped.  They will also be available to purchase at the convention for $12.  Due to cost, there will be no color copies available, although the catalog is formatted in such a way that it should print correctly as is should you wish to do so yourself.

Advance/Proxy Bids

Advance bidding is now closed.  The prices shown below will be the starting prices on the convention floor, and in the case of lots A to H, the starting price in the auction during the banquet.

The Terms and Conditions indicate that all advance/proxy bids must be received by Sunday 8th June.  Given that some members will not have received their latest club magazine and instructions by then, I will endeavour to accept bids until the latest possible time, and the instructions are as follows:

You will need to include your name/address and membership number.  Detail the lot numbers & titles with your maximum bid.  If you do not want your bid actioned until the live auction, please indicate 'proxy bid'.  Otherwise, all bids will be taken on the book now (at the next increment) and then any advance bids which are still below their maximum will be proxyed, if necessary, in the auction room.

Send your bids, by email (preferred), to auction@ccgtcc.com and they will be confirmed by return email, or, if you do not wish to use email, you can mail them to either:

The schedule detailing when and how you can make settlement for lots, shipping, tax etc. can be downloaded here.  In addition, this year, for the first time, credit card payments will be accepted for the auction.  Where a credit card is used for payment, the buyers premium will revert from 10% to 13%.
